Promoters Litigation

To appear and file the application before the regulatory authority for any claim or demand on behalf of the developer and also file objections and defend the developer before the regulatory authority.

To appear before the appellate authority for filing an appeal on behalf of the promoter and also to defend an appeal filed against the promoter.

In case the litigation continues beyond the appellate authority and appears before the honourable High Court and/or honourable Supreme Court, we shall provide necessary assistance and suggest an additional legal team and co-ordinate for redressal of the said matter.
